One of the most popular flavors in the US ice cream market is Butter Pecan.  For several years it has ranked 3rd behind vanilla and chocolate edging out strawberry – as it should. Please find our simple but tasty recipe here.

  1. Add liquid flavors to the base mix
  2. Freeze in your batch freezer or custard machine as per manufacturers instructions
  3. Variegate the pecans through the product as you extract. You may also want to add a variegate of butterscotch or hard shell chocolate for a touch of wonderful.
